Great food and value for money. Really enjoyed myself. Pleasantly surprised given its in a run down area, and rundown shopping area. Agedashi Tofu was sublime, and chicken hearts were delicious.

Must confess this is my first visit to an Izakaya in the US and I've visited over a dozen in Japan during my two visits. The Good: thigh, gizzard, beef tongue The Bad: heart, cartilage (both were barely warm and not so fresh), gobo salad (too soft), service felt rushed and cold although I realize it's Saturday night Apparently, reservations are highly recommended.
